Can I get a same-day appointment?
We will try our best to see you the same day; especially if it is an emergency situation. We highly recommend that you give us a call or email us as soon as you need to be seen, so we can accommodate you and see you at your desired time.
How do I make an appointment when the office is closed?
Please call us at 518-693-1747Â or email us at info@dennadental.com and let us know what days and times are best for you. We will call you back in 24 hours to schedule you for your dental visit.
How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Enter your answer here. Be thoughtful, write clearly and concisely, and consider adding written as well as visual examples. Go over what you’ve written to make sure that if it was the first time you were visiting the site, you’d understand your answer.
What do I need to bring to my first visit?
Make sure to come a few minutes earlier to fill out the forms and have the following items with you:
-Photo ID
-Insurance Card
Your previous Xray images could be emailed to us at info@dennadental.com
Please make sure that we receive your recent X-ray images before your first appointment. If you have had X-ray images taken within 6 months, we won't update them to avoid unnecessary exposure except for emergency situations.

Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we accept Care Credit and Wells Fargo Health Advantage Credit Card. You will be able to apply for either here in the office.
Why sometimes I need to see a specialist?
Sometimes due to the situation of your teeth, we send you to a specialist for a consult or further treatments. For example, if you have impacted wisdom teeth, you will be referred to an oral surgeon for the extractions, or if your periodontal disease has become unmanageable, you will need to see a periodontist for further treatment.

Do you offer whitening? Is it safe for the teeth?
Yes, we offer different types of whitening based on your age, the condition of your teeth and how fast and white you want your teeth to become. Each case will be evaluated to get the best results according to your concerns and needs.
Do you offer fluoride therapy?
Yes, We recommend Fluoride therapy for young patients as well as adults with a high cavity risk or fractured teeth. Your teeth will be evaluated and if you would benefit from fluoride therapy, it will be recommended to you. We use ADA approved dose of Fluoride for our treatments.
I have dental anxiety, what can you do to help me?
We highly recommend that you come to your first visit and let the doctor evaluate your level of anxiety. Most of the time anxiety is due to previous dental visit experiences or due to not knowing what to expect during each visit. Here at Denna Dental, our mission is to provide a relaxing atmosphere and establish a strong trust between the patient and the doctor. We will walk you through each step that you need to prevent any surprises. We can also provide relaxing gas (aka laughing gas) depends upon the level of anxiety or the type of treatment you need.
